Dashboard
When you log in to your MailerSend account, you will see your dashboard, which provides an overview of your account activity.
To view the metrics from the Last week (last 7 days) or the Last month (last 30 days), you can use the toggle button in the top right corner of the metrics dashboard.
In the Account overview, you'll find key metrics across your across for emails, SMS, domains, and email verification.

To enable tracking, go to the Domains page and click Manage for your chosen domain. Then, scroll down to Tracking details and toggle the Track opens and Track clicks options to On.
Domains
The Domains section provides various metrics related to your verified domains.

Avg. webhook success rate: This metric illustrates the efficiency of your webhooks. It is calculated by dividing the number of successful calls to the endpoint by the total number of calls sent
Avg. Requests success rate: Refers to the average success rate of all API requests made from your verified domains. Specifically, how many times requests succeeded (2xx HTTP response code) per period
Avg. inbound routes success rate: This measure shows the average success rate of incoming messages in MailerSend. This is calculated by dividing the number of successful calls to the endpoint by the total number of calls sent
Avg. Limits reached: The average frequency at which rate limits have been reached per period. These limits refer to the HTTP status code 429 - "Too Many Requests,” which is a status code used to indicate that you have sent too many requests in a given amount of time and are temporarily being rate-limited by the server
