How to delete your MailerSend account
If you no longer need your MailerSend account, you can delete it in a few simple steps.
How to delete your MailerSend account
If you’re deleting your account because you're unhappy, feel free to send your feedback to support@mailersend.com as we’re always looking for ways to improve our product.
1. While logged into the account you want to delete, from the dashboard, navigate to Settings from the left-hand menu.

2. Scroll down to the Danger zone section at the bottom of the page and click Delete account.

3. In the pop-up that appears, enter your password, select a reason for deleting your account, and click Yes, delete.

If you are not an Administrator of the account, you will not be able to delete it.
How to delete your user account
If there are multiple users with the Administrator user type on your account, you can remove yourself from the account rather than deleting it.
1. While logged into the account you want to be removed from, from the dashboard, click on the user icon in the top-right corner. Then click My profile.

2. Scroll down to the Danger zone at the bottom of the page and click Delete profile.

3. In the pop-up that appears, enter your password, then click Yes, delete.
