    Sender identity email builder

Sender identities are a really useful feature when you're managing the email for multiple brands or clients.

Instead of going through the process of adding SPF, DKIM and other records to the domain's DNS, you can simply verify an email address instead, allowing you to send emails from one of your existing verified domains, on behalf of another.

If you have a Starter plan or above, you have access to Sender identities, and you can now check out our redesigned Sender identity builder with additional customization options. But the biggest new improvement to sender identities is that, if you have a Professional plan or above, you now have the ability to design your sender identity verification email.

    Deferred events

We’ve updated email bounces with a new status to give you a more accurate view of your email activity—Starter plans and above can now see Deferred emails.

When an email deferral occurs, our system automatically reattempts delivery for a set number of retries. This means that during the retry period, the message is in a kind of limbo—not bounced and not delivered either, but rather delayed until the issue preventing delivery is resolved.

To give you a more accurate representation of where each email is at, and to provide more detailed information about bounce reasons, we’ve introduced the Deferred status.

    Product Hunt launch

Hi. Ignas here, Founder of The Remote Company, a team of creators from around the world working remotely to build outstanding online products including MailerLite, MailerCheck and YCode.

After years of sending huge volumes of emails, we realized that the process of creating and sending transactional emails was inefficient. Too often design changes required coding and maintenance from devs.

So we built something new that suited our needs—a team-friendly transactional email system that allowed non-tech teams to contribute without the need for code.

The result: MailerSend! A completely new kind of transactional email tool. We focus on:

    1. Scalability
Flexible infrastructure so you can send a few emails or scale quickly to a few million.

    2. Smarter workflows
Devs set it up and marketing/design teams create emails independently without code.

    3. Deliverability
A dedicated team continuously removes hurdles to ensure emails reach the inbox.
