Sender identities are a really useful feature when you're managing the email for multiple brands or clients.
Instead of going through the process of adding SPF, DKIM and other records to the domain's DNS, you can simply verify an email address instead, allowing you to send emails from one of your existing verified domains, on behalf of another.
If you have a Starter plan or above, you have access to Sender identities, and you can now check out our redesigned Sender identity builder with additional customization options. But the biggest new improvement to sender identities is that, if you have a Professional plan or above, you now have the ability to design your sender identity verification email.

Customizing sender identities
In the new Settings tab, you'll find 3 customization options: Confirmation link, Confirmation email (Professional plans and above), and Confirmation sender details.
Confirmation link: Customize the link added to the sender identity verification email with your domain. You can do this by adding a CNAME record to your domain's DNS zone.
Confirmation email (Professional plans and above): Instead of sending clients an unbranded email that doesn't match your other templates, you can now customize the confirmation email and success message page with your own branding and design. This will allow you to keep your communications more consistent and professional. You can adjust:
