Guest writing terms

Guest writers (you) are able to share relevant information and articles with MailerSend readers. By providing your Submission to us, you accept these Guest Writing Terms.

1. Publication

Submission does not guarantee publication. We are under no obligation to use your Submission and reserve the right in our sole discretion to refuse to publish your Submission or delete your article from our website at any time without notifying you.

2. Use of images

1. We reserve the right to edit or remove images in your Submission.

2. You shall observe copyright or usage restrictions, obtain permission for use, and cite the source of your image.

3. Ownership

1. You acknowledge that you wrote all of the text in your Submission and you did not copy it from anywhere else or if you did copy, you have all permissions necessary to use the text in this Submission. Plagiarism or copyright infringement is not permitted. Affiliate links shall not be included in the Submission as well.

2. You shall have the written permission of any person or business that appears in your text, photos or video to use their name, image, likeness, voice or other identifying features in your Submission and related promotion and to give us permission to do the same.

3. You are responsible for the content you provide to us in your Submission. You assure that Submission will not violate anyone’s privacy rights. If MailerSend receives a complaint on the content of an article of yours, the article may be removed from the MailerSend website.

4. Editorial ownership

1. You give MailerSend a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-­exclusive, transferable right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, perform, make derivative works of, and otherwise use your Submission, or any part of it.

2. We reserve the right to edit, partially or completely, every submission, including headlines and subheadings.

3. If you are concerned that any changes made by us require further modification, you shall immediately let us know.

5. Use of your personal information

You give MailerSend the right to use and share your name, picture, and bio in connection with the publication and marketing of your Submission.

6. Our relationship

1. You will receive no payment, but you will get the opportunity for your article to potentially reach a wider audience. However, we do not guarantee any particular site or audience reach.

2. Keep in mind that you are not an employee or agent of us or a business partner. You are not allowed to use our logo or name in a way that implies we are partners or have endorsed you, your website, blog or any other products of yours. Any use of our trademarks or logos requires our express written permission.

7. Changes

MailerSend reserves the right to change these Guest Writing Terms at any time. If we decide to change this document, we will post these changes on this page. All changes are effective immediately upon posting and we suggest that you check these Guest Writing Terms periodically.

8. Miscellaneous provision

These Guest Writing Terms will begin upon when you provide your Submission and will continue unless terminated hereunder. By providing a Submission to MailerSend, you agree that you have read and understood these Guest Writing Terms and agree to be bound by it. In case of non-performance or improper performance of obligations, the law shall be followed.
