The terms that apply when you register for or receive MailerSend's 30% nonprofit discount.

MailerSend promotes an initiative under which nonprofit organizations can get a 30% discount on any paid MailerSend subscription (“Discount”), according to the terms and conditions stipulated in these terms (“Terms”).
1.1. The Discount is applicable to nonprofit organizations that are officially registered and recognized by the relevant governmental authority ("Organization"). Official proof of nonprofit status is required.
1.2. The Organization must have an active MailerSend account. The Discount applies to all paid subscription plans.
1.3. The Organization’s MailerSend account can only be used for purposes directly related to the Organization's nonprofit activities. Any usage beyond the scope of the Organization's charitable or educational objectives is prohibited.
1.4. The Organization’s account must be in compliance with MailerSend’s Terms of Use and Terms of Service.
2.1. The Discount is not available to any individuals associated with MailerSend, including employees, service providers, agents, or representatives of MailerSend, or where participation is prohibited or restricted by national or local law.
3.1. To be considered for the application of the Discount, in cases where the Organization does not have a MailerSend account, the Organization must sign up for a Trial (Free) Plan (“Trial Plan”) by filling in the Registration Form and contacting the MailerSend Support Team before purchasing any paid plan. If the Organization already has a valid MailerSend account prior to seeking the Discount, signing up for the Trial Plan is not required. However, the Organization shall still ensure that MailerSend’s Support Team is contacted before the purchase of a paid plan.
3.2. After receiving the Organization’s request to apply the Discount, MailerSend:
3.2.1. evaluates whether the Organization’s account is compliant with MailerSend’s Terms of Use and Terms of Service;
3.2.2. requests the Organization to provide official documentation proving the nonprofit status;
3.2.3. may request other additional information or details needed to assess the Organization’s eligibility for the Discount.
3.3. If MailerSend does not identify any objective reasons why the Discount cannot be applied, MailerSend will contact the Organization by the email address that was used when contacting MailerSend’s customer support and apply the Discount directly to the Organization’s account. MailerSend reserves the right to reject the application of the Discount due to objective reasons and/or non-compliance with these Terms. In any case, MailerSend’s Support team will contact the Organization within its standard response times, but no later than 7 days from the day the Organization contacted MailerSend’s customer support.
3.4. The Discount cannot be combined with any other discounts.
3.5. If the Organization has any type of paid subscription plan before the application of the Discount, the Discount is applied from the beginning of the Organization’s next billing period. MailerSend does not offer refunds or credits for subscriptions purchased before being approved for the Discount.
4.1. The Discount applies to any of MailerSend’s paid plans chosen by the Organization and is valid indefinitely.
5.1. MailerSend‘s customer support and maintenance services are provided to assist with technical issues and inquiries related to the Organization’s account. However, the extent and level of support may vary and are subject to change at MailerSend’s discretion.
6.1. MailerSend reserves the right to terminate or suspend the Organization's access to the MailerSend platform and/or Discount at any time for violation of MailerSend’s Terms of Use, Terms of Service, or any other reason deemed necessary by MailerSend, including violation of these Terms or losing the nonprofit status, without any refund.
7.1. MailerSend reserves the right to terminate or modify the Discount or these Terms at any time at its sole discretion.
7.2. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any instructions or interpretation of these Terms regarding the Discount, these Terms shall prevail.
7.3. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by the courts of the jurisdiction of Delaware, USA.
